Application for Recycle Everywhere Mini Bins

This is an application to receive Recycle Everywhere Mini Bins for residential multi-family dwellings (MFDs) in Manitoba, please fill out one form per building receiving Mini Bins. Upon completing this application form:

Recycle Everywhere will provide:

1. Free small recycling bins (Mini Bins) for the location/building noted in this application.
2. Free delivery to the identified locations and distribution of the bins to each tenant if requested.
3. Promotional materials in each bin outlining the Mini Bin program and accepted recyclable materials.

The partnering organization will:

1. Provide delivery and contact information for each site where Mini Bins have been requested, all sites must have two or more units and have waste and recycling collection.
2. Communicate with building caretakers so that they understand the Mini Bin program.
3. Monitor and evaluate the waste and recycling needs for collections points (bins that are serviced by your waste & recycling provider) to ensure the buildings needs are met.
